暑い毎日です。そんな猛暑のある日、ふと、たい焼きが食べたくなりました。早速、藤沢本町のハッピーちゃんへ。「たい焼き２つください！」、ハッピーちゃんという店名はどこから？・・・と思わせる、おじさんが「ハイ、何にしますか？」、「２つともおぐらで！」・・・・さすがにソフトクリームなども販売していましたネ。
ハッピーちゃんのたい焼きはごく普通のたい焼きなんですが、実は冷めても美味しいんです。甘味を抑え気味。猛暑の中、あえてアツアツでないたい焼きを冷たい麦茶でいただきました。う～ん、美味しかった！しばしハッピーな昼下がりでした。（上）
